RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS^* (Must Read)
- Temperature-controlled private pool is exposed to the 2nd floor balconies of neighboring villas; however, there is a 3-meter umbrella which provides bigger privacy. Pool size 4x2.5m, depth 30cm-1.5m.
- Families and couples only, and no more than one family (parents and their kids or siblings) or one couple per booking are allowed in the townhouse, at a maximum of 4 adults and 2 infants. No sharing is allowed.
- Two floors: 2BR, 1.5 bathrooms, with living room, kitchen, and gas BBQ. Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with shared bathroom.
- 3 Beds only: 1 king 180x200cm; 2 single 90x200cm. No ensuite bathrooms. No extra beds available.
- Sorry strictly prohibited at all times with no exceptions any parties/outdoor music and/or excessive noise including from children especially after 10pm (RAK government restrictions/Dar 66 are holiday homes). Also, no visitors allowed at all. Sorry!!
- Check-in 3 pm, check-out 12.30 pm. 
- Per RAK government restrictions, guests cannot use the pool between 10 pm to 7 am.
- No lifeguard. No pool safety fence. No dedicated children pool. Children must be under the supervision of adults at all times when they are in the pool area or inside the pool.
- No smoking of any kind allowed indoors. No shisha allowed anywhere even outdoor. Violation of our indoor smoking ban and shisha anywhere even outdoor ban, as well as the presence of any cigarette/tobacco/vaping smell inside the villa upon check-out, will incur AED 500 fine (strictly enforced). Further, the presence of excessive food smell that is hard to remove will incur AED 300 fine. No pets allowed, no exception, sorry.
- Dar 66 are fully-furnished holiday homes, self-catering villas with fully equipped kitchens. No daily cleaning. No room service. Guests can order food from any restaurant.
- The rental amount will be refunded after deducting 3% card fee when the reservation is canceled 14 days prior to check-in date; otherwise there will be no refund except subject to the Cancellation Policy.
- The villa is located in Ras Al-Khaimah (RAK), United Arab Emirates. All rates are in UAE dirham (AED).
