● Temperature-controlled private pool exposed to the 2nd floor balconies of neighbors; however, there is a 3-meter umbrella which provides bigger privacy. Pool size 4 x 2.5m, depth 30cm-1.5m.
● Families and couples only. No more than one family (parents and their kids or siblings) or one couple per booking are allowed. Maximum of 4 adults and 2 infants.
● Two floors: 2 BR, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and gas BBQ. Bedrooms on 2nd floor with shared bathroom.

GENERAL RULES
● Sorry at all times no parties or excessive noise, no outdoor music, no visitors! 
● Check-in 3 pm, check-out 12.30 pm. 
● No smoking of any kind allowed indoors, no shisha allowed anywhere, no excessive food smell. Up tp 500 dhs fines will apply!
● Dar 66 villas are self-catering holiday homes, fully furnished with no room service! No food and beverages are served.
● Per RAK government regulations, the pool can only be used between the hours 7 AM to 10 PM.
● All rates are in UAE dirham.
